How does a WhatsApp order work with Walabi?
A voice note comes in
The customer types or sends a voice note: two orders of tacos and one horchata.
It becomes an order
The system transcribes the note and builds the order from the items on your menu or catalog.
It is on record
The conversation and the order are saved in Walabi CRM, with the customer's history.
Out for delivery
If it is a delivery, the order goes to the nearest driver.
