Who is responsible for your data

Walabi is the trade name of this site. While the company's incorporation is being completed, the party responsible for processing your personal data is Pablo Francisco Corona Bella, representative of Walabi, who also handles requests about your data.

What data we collect

When you book a call with us, you give us:

• Your name and email address (required).
• What you want to automate, in your own words (required).
• Your company name and WhatsApp number (optional).
• The date and time you chose, and the language you use the site in.

In addition, like any website, our server automatically logs the IP address, browser and pages visited. If you confirm online a quote we sent you, we store your selection, the total, the date and the IP address you confirmed from.

We do not ask you for sensitive personal data, such as health, beliefs, ethnic origin or sex life, nor financial data. Please do not include them in your message.

What we use it for

We use your data for these purposes, which are necessary to handle what you ask us for:

• Schedule and confirm your call, and send you the calendar invitation.
• Prepare for the call. For this, an artificial intelligence model that runs on Walabi's own equipment, without third-party services, drafts internal notes based on what you wrote to us.
• Reply to you and follow up on what we discussed, including any quotes you ask us for.
• Keep the site secure and prevent abuse, for example by limiting repeated form submissions.

Today we do not use your data for secondary purposes, such as advertising, newsletters or commercial profiling, and we do not sell it. If we ever wanted to use it for something different, we would ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with other companies for their own purposes. The site and email are hosted with Hostinger, which processes them on our behalf so the service works. We would only hand over your data to an authority when a law or an order requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is necessary to handle your request and follow up on our relationship with you. After that, we block it and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it for longer.

How to limit the use of your data or withdraw your consent

At any time you can ask us to stop using your data for a given purpose, or withdraw the consent you gave us, by writing to hola@walabi.ai. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect. We respond within the same time frames as an ARCO rights request.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it if it is wrong or incomplete, to cancel it and to object to its use (together, your ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition). To exercise them, write to us at hola@walabi.ai with:

• Your name and an email address or other way to reply to you.
• A document proving your identity or, if someone writes to us on your behalf, your representative's identity and their authority to do so.
• Which right you want to exercise and over what data, with a clear description.
• Any information that helps us find your data, for example the date you booked. If you request a rectification, tell us what needs to change and share the document that supports it.

We respond within a maximum of 20 days from when we receive your request and, if applicable, we carry it out within the following 15 days after our response. The law allows us to extend each deadline once, for an equal period, when the circumstances of the case justify it.

If you disagree with our response, or we did not respond in time, you can turn to the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno), the authority on personal data protection.

Cookies and other technologies

This site does not use cookies or third-party analytics or advertising tools. Your browser only stores two technical preferences: the language you choose and a flag so the intro animation does not repeat during the same visit.

Visit statistics come from our own server's logs. To count blog reads we use an encrypted version of your IP address, which is deleted after 24 hours.

The pages where you review and confirm a quote load their fonts from Google Fonts, so when you open them your browser connects to Google's servers.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this same page, with its update date. If the change affects a purpose for which we asked for your consent, we will notify you by email before applying it.
