How much does it cost?
What we already built starts at $799 MXN a month on some products; others cost more depending on their size and the volume you handle. If we have to build something just for you, there is a one-time fee to set it up and then a monthly fee based on what you use. On the 30-minute call you get a clear number, not a vague estimate.
Do I have to sign a one-year contract?
No. We work month to month. If you decide to leave, we hand over your database and respect the exit with no penalty fees.
Does my data stay in Mexico?
Yes, if your business needs it. We can keep everything on Mexican servers, and the artificial intelligence runs on our own machines, not another company's. Your information is not handed to anyone.
How long until it's live?
If something we already built fits you, days. If we have to build it for you, between 4 and 12 weeks depending on size. On the call we give you a real date, not a date to close a sale.
Who owns the code?
The code belongs to Walabi. For a custom build we sell you a usage license or, if you pay for the full build, the code becomes yours. What is always yours: your data, your content and your account, and you can download all your information whenever you want.
